We simplify ingredients, and even make our own homemade vanilla soft serve - no artificial additives or stabilizers…

All of our scooped ice cream is homemade, on-site, in small batches. We get our dairy from Maine and use local Cape Cod ingredients to create our flavors. We source our ingredients from local farmers & food artisans, many from  the farmers markets where we participate. For example: Salted Caramel Frozen Yogurt is made w/ Narragansett Yogurt and Cape Cod Sea Salt / Rum Raisin is made w/ Truro Vineyards Spiced Rum (we soak the raisins in rum for weeks...) / Java is made with The Art of Roasting Coffee from Chatham.....

New this season Farm To Scoop - in collaboration with Chatham Bars Inn Farm we are making ice cream and frozen yogurt based on what is in season. Flavors change every two weeks - for example edible flowers, such as Tangerine Lace Marigolds were key ingredient in our Lemon Cheesecake Frozen Yogurt and Raspberry Lime Ricky Ice Cream.... we are now creating flavors with Mint...
